Do you build the models?

Rarely. We select, evaluate and govern the models you can already buy, and build what is specific to you around them.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere you have not approved. Casebook and Relay run in your cloud tenancy by default.

How do you price?

Fixed fees for each deployment stage, and a licence per product. No day rates.

What if it does not work?

The Ledger of Change measures it. If the agreed outcome is not reached, the final stage fee is not charged.
