Two sessions, one written summary. If we cannot describe the problem in a page we do not understand it yet.

Design
The approach, the team, the calendar and the number. You sign the calendar, not just the price.

Transition
Four to six weeks of shadowing. We do not take the keys until we can run it without asking.

Run
The service, on the agreed calendar, with a monthly pack that puts exceptions first.
- 05
Review
Quarterly, in person, with the things that went wrong at the top of the agenda.
