Feeding questions

Before you switch

Changing food is easy when you take it slowly. These are the questions owners ask us most.
How do I switch my dog to Metro PetFood?
Mix a little into the old food and add a bit more each day for seven to ten days. A settled tummy is a slow change.
How much should I feed?
Every bag has a guide by weight on the back. Start there, then adjust by a handful until your dog stays at a healthy shape.
Is it suitable for puppies?
Our puppy recipe is. The adult recipes suit dogs from twelve months, or eighteen for large breeds.
Where is it made?
In our kitchen in Bermondsey, London, from British meat and fish. We name the farms on our About page.
Are the bags recyclable?
Yes - the bags go in soft-plastic recycling and the tins in your household recycling.
