How she got here

  1. 2011

    PhD, Biostatistics

Thesis on adaptive trial designs, which nobody was doing yet and everybody does now.

  2. 2012

    Junior statistician

First job. Learned more from the trial that went wrong than from the four that did not.

  3. 2016

    Lead, trial design

Ran design for eleven studies. Started writing internal training because the manuals were unreadable.

  4. 2019

    First online module

Put the internal training online. Two hundred people signed up in a fortnight.

  5. 2022

    Full time here

Left the CRO. Still consults two days a month so the examples stay current.

What students say

Ravi MenonRavi MenonAnalyst, Bengaluru
She marks the assignments herself and the comments are longer than my answers. I have never had feedback like it.
Fiona ClarkeFiona ClarkeResearch associate
I came in unable to read a confidence interval. I now build them for a living. That is the whole review.
Deepa IyerDeepa IyerPhD student
The pace is unforgiving in week three and she says so up front. I appreciated being warned rather than flattered.

Office hours are on Thursdays

Anyone enrolled on one of her modules can join. No agenda, bring the thing you are stuck on.
